Using your inkjet printer, print attached pdf onto heat transfer paper following instructions included with paper. Carefully cut out Santa circle and set aside.

Cut two 2.5" x 2.5" pieces of fabric (make it extra festive by adding a coordinating pattern for the back).

Sew fabric pieces together using 1/4" seam allowance (this step can also be done by hand). Turn pillow inside out using a small tool with a point to push out corners. Press with hot iron.

Place Santa transfer side down on pillow and follow instructions included with transfer paper to adhere to pillow (tip: place a small piece of fabric between the iron and the circle to help hold the transfer in place and protect your fingers).

Allow pillow to cool for a few minutes before carefully peeling off transfer paper backing.
Stuff your tiny pillow with wool or cotton and hand stitch the opening closed.

Display your pillow next to a tiny gift or on a cozy mini bed and just wait for Santa and all the festive magic of Christmas to begin!
