Refund policy

Returns
To start a return, please contact me at My Tiny Nest Miniatures. I have a 30-day return policy and the item must be in the same condition as it was received. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Once the return is processed I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

Exchanges
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to send the exchanged item back and I will cover the shipping cost of sending a new item one time.
